By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Kitcheny Remodel provides kitchen-focused remodeling services in Los Altos, California and surrounding Peninsula communities, including full kitchen renovations, cabinet and countertop installation, cabinet refacing, appliance installation, and design consultations. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote until confirmed in a written, signed project agreement.

2. Quotes and Estimates

• Any pricing, timelines, or scope discussed during an initial consultation are preliminary and non-binding.
• A binding quote is issued only as a written, itemized document following an in-home consultation.
• Final project cost may vary if the customer requests changes after the quote is approved. Any such change will be documented in writing and requires the customer’s sign-off before work proceeds.

3. Permits and Regulatory Compliance

Where a project requires permits from the City of Los Altos or another applicable jurisdiction, we will identify these requirements and coordinate submission and inspections as part of our standard process. Permit approval timelines are set by the relevant government authority and are outside our control; project schedules may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and milestone payments will be set out in the signed project agreement for each job. Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in a pause of work until payment is resolved.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines provided on the Site or during consultation are approximate. Actual completion dates may be affected by permit review times, material availability, unforeseen structural or plumbing/electrical conditions (particularly common in older homes), weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranties

Workmanship warranties, where applicable, will be specified in the signed project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fixtures, and materials are governed by the respective manufacturers’ terms and are passed through to the customer where applicable. We do not warrant pre-existing conditions of the home not disclosed or discoverable at the time of consultation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitcheny Remodel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or from remodeling services, except as expressly set out in a signed project agreement or as required by applicable California law.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and design elements on the Site are the property of Kitcheny Remodel or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site.

10. Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for work already performed, materials ordered, or design time invested, will be specified in the signed project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
