Kitcheny Remodel was founded in 2009 with a single conviction: homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up on time, keeps their word on price, and leaves the job cleaner than they found it. That commitment has driven every one of the 200+ kitchen remodels we have completed across Los Altos and the surrounding Silicon Valley communities.
We are not a franchise. We are not a general contractor who sometimes does kitchens. Every project we take on is a kitchen which means our crews, processes, supplier relationships, and quality standards are all built around the specific demands of kitchen remodeling. That specialization shows in the finished product.

The most common complaint against remodeling contractors is cost overruns. We solved this problem by building a fixed-price contract model: every Kitcheny Remodel quote is a binding price, not an estimate with allowances. We have never charged a client more than their signed contract amount, and we are proud of that record across 15 years.
3D Design as Standard
When we started offering 3D design renders to every client in 2014, it was uncommon in our price range. Today it is table stakes. Seeing your new kitchen in three dimensions before demo day eliminates the anxiety of the unknown and lets you make material and layout decisions with confidence, not guesswork.
Licensed, Insured, and Local
We hold a current CSLB General Contractor license, full general liability insurance, and workers’ compensation coverage for all employees. Every subcontractor we use is verified licensed and insured. When something goes wrong on a project (it occasionally does), we have the coverage and the integrity to fix it at our expense.
